7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited vehicle uses:
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, off-roading, or any hazardous driving. Transporting dangerous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Additionally, the vehicle should not be used beyond its intended design, including exceeding passenger or weight limits, or driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries without authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law in England and Wales, Car Hire Westhoughton is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may result from your use of our services. Our overall liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
